Account information: Email address, display name, and password when you create an account.

Platform data: When you connect TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram, we access your public profile information and video analytics (views, likes, comments, saves, followers) through those platforms' official APIs.

Usage data: Chat conversations with the AI assistant, notes you write, and folders you create within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Display your cross-platform analytics in one dashboard
• Power the AI assistant with context about your content
• Generate personalized scripts, captions, and content suggestions
• Improve the Service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

• Supabase: Our backend infrastructure provider (database, auth, storage)
• Anthropic: AI provider for the chat assistant (your messages are sent to generate responses)
• Platform APIs: We exchange OAuth tokens with TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to access your data

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase's cloud infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. API keys are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and used only to sync your platform data.

5. Third-Party Platform Data

When you connect a platform (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), we access only the data you authorize through the OAuth consent screen. This typically includes:

• Your public profile information (username, display name)
• Your video/post metadata (titles, thumbnails, dates)
• Your video analytics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves)

You can disconnect any platform at any time, which revokes our access to that platform's data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, we remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) disconnect any connected platform; (e) export your data.

8. Cookies

The desktop app does not use cookies. The landing page may use minimal analytics cookies. No tracking cookies are used.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
