By accessing or using ScrollBuddy ("the Service"), operated by Branden Chong ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ScrollBuddy is a personal content analytics dashboard and AI assistant for short-form video creators. The Service aggregates data from third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and provides AI-powered content creation tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
When you connect your TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram accounts, you authorize ScrollBuddy to access your public profile information and content analytics through those platforms' official APIs. You may disconnect any platform at any time through Settings. We only access data that you explicitly authorize.
We use your connected platform data solely to provide the Service — displaying analytics, generating AI-assisted content, and organizing your videos. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Content generated by the AI assistant (scripts, captions, hooks) is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or performance of AI-generated content.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party platform data may be delayed or incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
